Who is The Swing Recovery?

I’m Che, physiotherapist and founder of The Swing Recovery. As a passionate golfer, I’ve combined my love for the game with my physiotherapy background to help golfers recover faster, move better, and play without pain. Here’s a little bit about me. I completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at RMIT in 2020, followed by a Master of Physiotherapy at Swinburne University of Technology in 2022. My focus has always been on bridging the gap between injury rehab and sports performance, especially in a technical sport like golf.

Over the years, I’ve worked with golfers of all levels and kept seeing the same issue - general physiotherapy often misses the mark for golfers. I started The Swing Recovery to change that, offering treatment and training tailored specifically to the needs of golfers.

By combining hands-on physio with strength and conditioning principles, I create individual programs based on your swing, your goals, and your body. Whether you’re recovering from injury or aiming to improve your performance, we’ll work together to get real results.

If you’re looking for a golf-specific plan that actually fits you, I’m here to help you get back on course feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to play at your best.
